To use the mobile ticket, download the LüMobil app on your smartphone. You can find instructions in German on how to load the Deutschlandticket on your phone here.
To use LüMobil, you’ll need a recent version of your operating system:
Android: version 8.0 or later
iOS (Apple iPhone): version 15 or later
Huawei devices: no minimum version required
If your device is running an older version of Android or iOS, please update your operating system to the required version. If no update is available, you may not be able to install or use the LüMobil app.
The Deutschlandticket as a chip card in a convenient credit card format. The card is personalized and recognized throughout Germany. It is valid as a ticket as long as your subscription is active. You can also reuse the chip card if you book the Deutschlandticket multiple times.

In addition to the online ticket shop, the Deutschlandticket can only be requested at one of the SWL Mobil service centers at the central bus station or in Travemünde.
Order your mobile ticket and chip card by the 15th of the month for the following month.
Cancellations by the 10th of the month for the end of the month.
Switching between mobile phone and chip card is possible until the 15th of the month for the following month.
Switching from a subscription for the SH region to the Deutschlandticket is possible until the 15th of the month for the following month.
You can order your personal Deutschlandticket as a chip card or mobile ticket conveniently online from home or with in-person assistance at our ServiceCenters.
Tilt your mobile phone slightly forwards and hold it about 10 to 15 cm away from the ticket box scanner. If it isn’t recognised, the distance may be too close. In that case, move your mobile phone back a few centimetres.
Have your chip card or mobile ticket ready.
Hold the ticket to the marked area on the ticket printer at the front with the driver.
The ticket will be checked. Have a good trip!

The paper version of the ticket has no longer been available since 01.01.2024. If you would like to convert your paper ticket into a mobile ticket or a chip card, you can do so by submitting a change request. This can be submitted in person or by mail at one of our ServiceCenters.
If you take out a new subscription, simply continue using your existing chip card. It can be reloaded again and again. So make sure to take good care of it.
The chip card is valid for you personally and is also recognized throughout Germany. You can start using it on the first day of any month.
To view your Deutschlandticket, you need the LüMobil app. The lümo app is intended solely for booking the ‘lümo’ on-demand shuttle service. Please note that registering on one app does not automatically apply to the other app.

From the validity month of November 2026, your SWL Mobil Deutschlandticket will only be available via the LüMobil app. Please make the switch in good time, as your ticket will no longer be visible in the NAH.SH app from November 2026 onwards.
To use the mobile ticket, download the LüMobil app onto your smartphone. You can find instructions on how to load the Deutschlandticket onto your mobile phone here.
Unfortunately, our employees cannot reset your password in the LüMobil app. Please go to the app on your mobile phone and click on "Passwort vergessen" during the login process. You will then receive an initial password to regain access to your account.
You will receive the order confirmation for the ticket from us, you can set the access data yourself. Please download the LüMobil app and create an account for yourself. Then assign a password to manage the Deutschland Ticket in your account.
You can choose your own password as soon as you have created your account in the LüMobil app.
The email you provided when ordering the Deutschland Ticket must match exactly with the input of the email in the LüMobil app. Please check for any differences such as capitalization, possible umlauts, or other punctuation marks/dots.
