LüMobil-App

LüMobil is the central mobility platform for Lübeck. All mobility services in one app. Clearly organised and easy to use.

Did you order the Germany School Ticket for your child through Abo-Online? Here’s how to get the ticket onto your child’s phone:

  1. Open the LüMobil app on your child’s phone.

  2. Create a separate account for your child.

  3. Use the same email address that you provided for your child as the user when placing the order.

  4. Set a password and complete the registration.

  5. Then log in using the new login credentials.

  6. Your child’s Deutschland-Schulticket will be displayed under “Subscription & Bookings.”

LüMobil is the mobility app provided by Stadtwerke Lübeck. It helps you use buses and trains in Lübeck and the surrounding region more easily, while giving you a central hub for essential mobility information: journey planning, favourite stops, real-time departures, an interactive network map, your digital Deutschlandticket (Germany Ticket), and direct access to Stadtwerke Lübeck.

To view your Deutschlandticket, you need the LüMobil app. The lümo app is intended solely for booking the ‘lümo’ on-demand shuttle service. Please note that registering on one app does not automatically apply to the other app.

To use LüMobil, you’ll need a recent version of your operating system:

  • Android: version 8.0 or later

  • iOS (Apple iPhone): version 15 or later

  • Huawei devices: no minimum version required

If your device is running an older version of Android or iOS, please update your operating system to the required version. If no update is available, you may not be able to install or use the LüMobil app.

Stadtwerke Lübeck is continuously expanding LüMobil into a comprehensive mobility platform. Future developments include the integration of additional transport services such as ferries, direct in-app purchasing of NAH.SH tickets, support for managing additional subscriptions, and connections to other mobility providers.

No, only Deutschlandtickets purchased from SWL Mobil can be viewed in the LüMobil app.

Yes, the app can be downloaded and used free of charge. You only pay for the tickets or subscriptions you purchase through the app.

LüMobil is available for smartphones running iOS and Android.

For spontaneous and flexible travel beyond traditional fixed routes, Stadtwerke Lübeck offers the on-demand shuttle service "lümo". Tap the "On-Demand Shuttle" tile on the home screen to access the corresponding app.

No, you don’t need an account for all features. Journey planning, departure information, and the network map can be used without signing in. An account is only required if you want to add your Deutschlandticket (Germany Ticket), create a profile, or, once available, purchase tickets through the app.

The LüMobil app currently displays the standard price of the Deutschlandticket, which is €63 per month. The subsidy provided by the Hanseatic City of Lübeck for school pupils is not shown separately in the display. This does not result in any additional costs for you: you will continue to pay just €43 per month, as the monthly subsidy of €20 is still taken into account as before.

An account ensures that your tickets, subscriptions, and payment information are secure and can be clearly linked to you.

Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the sign-in screen to set a new password.
