Information

The Deutschlandticket is valid around the clock for unlimited travel on local public transport (trains, buses, trams, subways, and suburban trains) in 2nd class – nationwide with all participating transport companies.

With your Deutschlandticket, you can also use our on-demand bus service lümo for just €1 comfort surcharge per ride. More information can be found at: luemo.swhl.de

You can use our Priwall ferries free of charge as a pedestrian with your Deutschlandticket. For other vehicles such as bicycles, cars, or motorcycles, you must purchase an additional ticket, e.g., at the ticket machine or in the FährTic app.

The Deutschlandticket is a subscription ticket and is valid around the clock. It can be canceled monthly (by the 10th of the month), is personalized, and non-transferable.

If you take out a new subscription, simply continue using your existing chip card. It can be reloaded again and again. So make sure to take good care of it.

With the Deutschlandticket, any number of children up to and including the age of 5 can travel free of charge. Children aged 6 and above require their own Deutschlandticket or, if applicable, a Deutschlandticket for students. There are no additional companion regulations, for example on weekends. The transport of dogs is not included in the ticket; a reduced single ticket (child fare) is required for this. A separate bicycle single or day ticket must also be purchased for taking a bicycle. However, bicycle transport cannot be guaranteed; there is no entitlement to it. Strollers and wheelchairs have priority. Further information on the ferry and bus transport regulations.

Within the Lübeck region (fare zones 6000 - 6008, 5510, 5515, 5520), no SH or BahnCard discount is possible. This also applies to the Deutschlandticket and its variants for students.
