The primary focus of the Passanger Advisory Board is to represent the interests of passengers to Stadtwerke Lübeck Mobil GmbH.

The main task of the Passenger Advisory Board is to analyze the current public transport services in the Lübeck region and, based on this analysis, develop suggestions for changes and improvements.

To facilitate information exchange, biannual meetings are held. Many improvement suggestions have already been submitted to SWL Mobil, which are being reviewed and implemented within the scope of possibilities.
