The app shows you lümo and bus connections. Select your preferred connection. To book your ride, please press "Diese Fahrt buchen" within 60 seconds.

Registration requires your name, email address, and phone number. Please note that a valid payment method must be added before a ride can be booked.
Yes, the Deutschlandticket (Germany Ticket) is recognized as a valid ticket. To use it, add in the passenger settings in the app menu that you already have a valid public transport ticket. The Deutschlandticket is valid for one person only. There is no provision for additional passengers.
If you already have a valid SH tariff ticket (e.g., multi-ride ticket, subscription ticket, Deutschlandticket (Germany Ticket), semester ticket, disability ID, etc.), you can add it in the lümo app under "Fahrgasteinstellungen" (Passanger Settings) in the menu. For additional passengers, specify this during the booking process on the home screen.
If you book a ride by phone, inform the operator that you already have a valid SH tariff ticket (e.g., multi-ride ticket, subscription ticket, Deutschlandticket (Germany Ticket), semester ticket, disability ID, etc.) when booking the ride.
Multi-ride tickets can also be validated in the lümo vehicle.
The start and destination points are either our existing bus stops or virtual stops that we have distributed throughout the operating area. These virtual stops are only visible in the app and not on-site. The app will navigate you to your personal virtual stop when you book. We have over 3,000 stops distributed across Lübeck, so the nearest stop is only a short walk away.
