Out into the green with friends and family.
Enjoy a hike through the recreational area Schellbruch or the Wakenitz valley located in front of the gates of Lübeck. Take a trip through history on the historic Hanseatic Way or experience the Priwall at its most beautiful.
Discover the Wakenitz Valley
Hike through scenic nature and leave everyday stress behind as you explore meadows, pastures, and forests.
A total of around seven varied kilometers are waiting to be discovered – first on foot, and then comfortably back by bus.
Start your hike, for example, at the bus stop Grönauer Baum and walk through the local recreation area, then return from the bus stop Am Vierth. Or the other way around.
By bus to Hanseatenweg.
The Hanseatenweg runs based on historical trade routes from Osnabrück via Lübeck to Stralsund. Along the route you can find small signs with a white Hansekogge on a black background, which mark the route.
The 7 km long hiking trail along the Kanaltrave is a section of the historic Hanseatic Way. Enjoy the view of the silhouette of the church towers and explore the historic ramparts. Many of our bus stops are located along the hiking trail. This way, you can reach your destination or shorten the trip very comfortably.
Hike in the Schellbruch nature reserve.
Enjoy a hike through the recreational area Schellbruch. Wander through untouched nature and bird paradises on historic towpaths and past picturesque thatched-roof houses.
Start, for example, in the fishing village of Gothmund at the bus stop Normannenweg and hike along the "Treidelpfad" on the banks of the Trave or across the "Gänsepfad" through Schellbruch.
At the end of your hike, if you visit Adventure Park Hülshorst, you will receive 1 € discount on food and drinks from the regular menu.
Experience the Priwall at its most beautiful.
The 8.5 km circular hiking trail first takes you through a unique nature reserve. From there, the route leads past the former sea and land airport of Lübeck-Travemünde (now a large pasture) and along the beautiful beach to the four-masted barque "Passat" – a museum ship that is always worth a visit.
From March to October, you also have the option to take the ferry across to Travemünde from the Nordermole.
The Priwall is easily accessible by bus and then via our ferries.
