Priwallfähre Travemünde bringt Autos und Passagiere über die Trave

Our Priwall ferries provide the fastest and shortest connection between Travemünde and the Priwall peninsula. It is a link with tradition: ferries have been operating here since the 13th century, making this ferry service one of the oldest in northern Germany.

Today, the modern double-ended ferries "Welt Ahoi," "Travemünde," and "Pötenitz," which entered service in 1999 and 2024 respectively, are in operation. They are supported by the car ferry "Berlin." In addition to the car ferries, our passenger ferry "Priwall VI" shuttles between Travemünde and the Priwall at the North Pier (Nordermole).

Our ferry captains and assistants safely transport around 3.3 million passengers across the Trave each year – our car ferries operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
