Instructions for public charging stations
Please first hold your debit card directly to the RFID reader of the charging station to start an authorization process.
After successful authorization, the tariff conditions will now be displayed on the charging station screen.
To confirm the charging conditions, hold your debit card to the RFID reader again.
If your vehicle is not yet connected, please connect the charging cable now. Your vehicle is now communicating with the charging station and the charging process will start shortly.
To end the charging process, hold the charging card to the RFID reader of the charging station again. Alternatively, it is possible to end the charging process via your vehicle.
First, scan the QR code of the desired charging point with a smartphone (on the charging point sticker or display). For fast charging stations, please make sure to match the QR code with the labeling of the charging point. If no QR code is displayed on the screen, please first connect the charging cable.
By scanning the QR code, you will be redirected to our partner site. Here you have the option to log in with an existing account, create a new account, or continue as a guest without your own account. Follow the instructions on your smartphone now and choose the appropriate payment method. With the payment method you have chosen, an amount will always be blocked until the charging process is completed and debited. The exact amount will be displayed on your smartphone.

To end the charging process, reopen the website of the charging point using the QR code. Alternatively, it is possible to end the charging process via your vehicle.
Hold your RFID card to the RFID reader at the charging station to unlock the charging station or start the charging process through your mobility provider's app.
If your vehicle is not yet connected, please connect the charging cable now. Your vehicle is now communicating with the charging station and the charging process will start shortly.
To end the charging process, hold the charging card again to the RFID reader of the charging station. Alternatively, it is possible to end the charging process via your vehicle.
On the card terminal, first select the appropriate charging point. The following display will show you the prices and conditions for the charging process. Press start payment.
Now you can pay at the card terminal. For this, 50€ will be reserved once. To pay, hold your debit card, credit card, or your payment-enabled smartphone to the terminal or insert your debit/credit card into the card reader. If necessary, you may need to enter your PIN.
